This conference is unique in its intent to help millennial Social Workers engage, collaborate, and network with each other all while ensuring individuals leave inspired, motivated, connected, and informed.
After attending many conferences, it became evident of the lack of information catering to the millennial mind. From there, this technology-driven, innovative, engaging, personable conference was formed. Through research we know that millennials are more productive with group work, hands-on activities, mentorships, and networking; MSWC will offer opportunities for all of those necessary elements.
