Theme: Empowering Community, Thriving Together

The 2025 Millennial Social Work Conference will focus on nontraditional Social Work. By doing this, we are encouraging our presenters to think outside of the norm and become innovative. Through this innovation, we will develop new ways in which the field of Social Work can contribute to society. At the Millennial Social Work Conference, we value the teaching and enhancement in the field of networking and entrepreneurship.

Objectives of MSWC:

- - Address key barriers & challenges that have led to burnout, exhaustion, and a decline in employment.
  - Identify key self-care practices to avoid an influx of practitioners leaving the field of Social Work.
- - Demonstrate the links between networking and income potential within the field of Social Work.
- - Provide a platform for both researchers and practitioners to develop innovations that will ultimately progress the field of Social Work.
- - Amplify the synergies between Social Work and technology to make services more accessible to the larger population.
